What We Build
Most of our homes are spec builds. We also build custom homes and homes for investors.

Investors fund the project, we build the home, and the finished house is resold, with Fabiola available to handle the sale.
The Builder
Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and raised in Dallas, Isaac grew up alongside two brothers who are architects and worked closely with his father, a specialist in residential renovations. Design and craftsmanship have been part of his life from an early age.
Seven years in sales taught him customer service, business development and relationship building. Combined with his background in architecture and renovation, that lets him guide clients through every decision with confidence.
As a homeowner himself, Isaac knows what buyers value, and every Luxe Homes Dallas build is held to that standard, using quality materials and current building techniques.
